化积汤联合戈舍瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤53例

摘    要:目的:观察化积汤联合西药治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:将106例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各53例。2组均在月经周期的1~7天内注射醋酸戈舍瑞林3.6 mg,每28天注射1次,持续注射3~6个周期。观察组加服化积汤。水煎分服,1剂/d,连续治疗3个月。观察2组激素受体(PR)、雌激素受体(ER)和凋亡基因bax阳性率及2组临床疗效。结果:PR、ER和凋亡基因bax阳性率观察组分别为58.5%、60.4%、56.6%,对照组分别为39.6%、45.3%、35.8%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);总有效率观察组为94.3%,对照组为75.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:化积汤联合戈舍瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效显著,可降低ER和PR含量。

HuaJi Tang Combined with Goserelin in the Treatment for 53 Cases of Hysteromyoma
Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of HuaJi Tang combined with Western medicine in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods:Altogether 106 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,and 53 cases in each group.During the first to sevens days of the menstrual period,the two groups were injected with 3.6 mg goserelin acetate,injected one time every 28 days,three to six times injection continuously.And the observation group also was treated with HuaJi Tang at the same time,water decoction one dose/d,treated for three months continuously.PR,ER,bax positive rate and clinical effects of both groups were observed in two groups.Results:The hormone receptor (PR),estrogen receptor (ER) and bax positive rate of the observation group were 58.5%,60.4%,56.6% respectively,and the control group were 39.6%,45.3%,35.8% respectively,there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94.3% in the observation group and 75.5% in the control group.There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:HuaJi Tang combined with goserelin can achieve significant effect in the treatment of hysteromyoma,and can decrease ER level and PR level.
