滋肾潜阳除眩汤治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕38例

目的:观察滋肾潜阳除眩汤治疗肝阳上亢型高血压眩晕老年患者的临床疗效。方法:将76例患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组、对照组各38例,观察组给予滋肾潜阳除眩汤治疗,每日1剂;对照组服用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊,5 mg/次,每晚口服。2组均连续治疗30天。结果:总有效率观察组为92.11%,对照组为81.58%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:滋肾潜阳除眩汤治疗肝阳上亢型高血压眩晕老年患者临床疗效显著。

ZiShen QianYang ChuXuan Tang in Treating 38 Cases of Vertigo of liver-YangHyperactivity Pattern

Objective: To observe clinical effects of ZiShen QianYang ChuXuan Tang in the treatment of the elderly with vertigo of liver-yang hyperactivity pattern. Methods: All 76 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group according to the visiting order. The patients in the observation group were treated with ZiShen QianYang ChuXuan Tang, one dose per day; the control group took flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, 5mg each time, oral administration in the evening. Both groups were treated for 30 days consecutively. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.11%, higher than 81.58% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion:ZiShen QianYang ChuXuan Tang could obtain notable effects in the treatment of the elderly with vertigo of liver-yang hyperactivity pattern.
