摘 要: | 目的:探讨调脂柔脉颗粒对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂、血流变的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料建立高脂血症大鼠模型。将健康雄性SD大鼠90只,随机分为调脂柔脉颗粒大、中、小剂量组及西药组、模型组、空白组,每组15只。空白组、模型组分别灌胃给予0.5%CMC-Na(羧甲基纤维素钠)12 m L/(kg·d);调脂柔脉颗粒小、中、大剂量组分别给予调脂柔脉颗粒提取浸膏干粉混悬液0.36、1.08、3.24 g/(kg·d);西药组给予辛伐他汀4 mg/(kg·d)。10周后观察各组大鼠血脂、血流变的变化情况。结果:调脂柔脉颗粒大、中剂量组的总胆固醇(TC)水平、甘油三酯(TG)水平均低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);大、中、小剂量组的全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度均低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:调脂柔脉颗粒可降低大鼠总胆固醇水平、甘油三酯水平、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度。

The Influence of TiaoZhi RouMai Granules on Blood Lipid and Blood Rheology of the Rats with Experimental Hyperlipidemia |

Abstract: | Objective: To explore the influence ofTiaoZhiRouMaigranules on blood lipid and blood rheology of the rats with experimental hyperlipidemia. Methods: Rat model with hyperlipidemia was established by giving high fat feeding. All 90 rats were randomized into high, moderate and low dosages groups ofTiaoZhiRouMaigran-ules, western medicine, the model group and the blank group, 15 rats each group. The blank group and the model group accepted intragastric administration of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 0.5%CMC-Na, 12 mL/(kg·d); high, moderate and low dosages groups ofTiaoZhiRouMaigranules were given extract powder suspension ofTiaoZhi RouMaigranules 0.36, 1.08 and 3.24 g/(kg·d), and western medicine group simvastatin, 4 mg/(kg·d). The influence ofTiaoZhiRouMaigranules on blood lipid and rheology of the rats were observed in ten weeks. Results: The levels of TC, TG of high and moderate dosages groups ofTiaoZhiRouMaigranules were lower than these of the model group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05); whole blood low shear reduction viscosity and whole blood high shear reduction viscosity of high, moderate and low dosages groups were lower than these of the model group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion:TiaoZhiRouMaigranules could de-crease the level of TC, TG, whole blood low shear reduction viscosity and whole blood high shear reduction viscosity. |
