柴疏四君汤治疗肝郁脾虚型卒中后抑郁症疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察柴疏四君汤对肝郁脾虚型卒中后抑郁症(PSD)患者神经功能、抑郁症状的影响及安全性。方法:将PSD患者56例分为氟西汀组和柴疏四君汤组(CSD组),于治疗前及治疗后1、2、4、8周根据汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)、神经功能缺损量表及副反应量表(TESS)进行评分,评定患者抑郁程度、神经功能缺损程度及药物不良反应。结果:2组患者治疗后HAMD评分、神经功能缺损评分均有所下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);CSD组的药物不良反应明显低于氟西汀组(P0.05)。结论:柴疏四君汤治疗PSD临床效果与氟西汀组相当,不良反应明显低于氟西汀组。

Observation of Curative Effect with ChaiShu SiJun Decoction in the Treatment of Post Stroke Depression with Liver Stagnation and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome
Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects and safety of ChaiShu SiJun decoction on neurological function and depressive symptoms of patients with post stroke depression (PSD) with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods:The 56 cases of PSD patients were divided into tow groups as fluoxetine group and ChaiShu SiJun decoction group (CSD group).Before and after treatment in one,two,four,eight weeks,they were scored according to the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24),neural function defect scale and side effects scale (TESS) to assess the degree of depression,neurological deficits and adverse reactions.Results:After treatment,HAMD score and neurological deficit scores of the two groups were decreased.Compared with prior treatment,the difference was sta tistically significant (P<0.05);But the TESS results showed that the adverse drug reaction was significantly lower in the CSD group than in the fluoxetine group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of CSD in the treatment of PSD is good,and the adverse reaction is significantly lower than that of fluoxetine group.
