北京地区反复呼吸道感染小儿(冬季易感者)的中医体质分型研究

摘    要:目的:研究反复呼吸道感染小儿中医体质情况,结合小儿日常表现,以指导临床"未病先防,已病防变"。方法:应用王琦教授的体质学说,在门诊指导反复呼吸道感染患儿家长完成体质量表填写,由第三方机构进行数据录入和统计。结果:反复呼吸道感染患儿中医体质分布为:平和质/基本平和质(63.46%),特禀质(11.54%),阳虚质(8.17%),气虚质(7.21%),阴虚质(5.29%),痰湿质(1.92%),气郁质(1.44%),血瘀质(0.96%),湿热质(0.00%)。结论:北京地区反复呼吸道感染患儿以平和质、基本平和质为主,注重对小儿的日常调护、维持小儿的体质平和稳定对于预防疾病有重要意义。

Study on TCM Constitution Classification of Susceptible Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection inBeijing(in winter)
Abstract:Objective: To explore the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI) combined with children's daily action to guide the clinical principle that preventing before disease, preventing change after disease". Methods: ProfessorWangQi′sphysical theory was used to guide the parents whose children suffered with RRTI to fill in the body mass tables in the outpatient department. Data was inputted and counted by the third parties. Results: The distribution of TCM Constitution in children with RRTI was normal-constitution/basic Normal-constitution (63.46%), special-constitution (11.54%),Yangdeficiency-constitution (8.17%),Qideficiency-constitution(7.21%),Yindeficiency-constitution(5.29%), phlegm dampness-constitution(1.92%), Qistagnation-constitution (1.44%), blood stasis-constitution (0.96%), and dampness heat-constitution (0.00%). Conclusion: The constitution of children with RRTI is mainly normal-constitution and basic normal-constitution in Beijing. Therefore, it is more meaningful for the prevention of diseases to pay attention to the children's daily care and maintain their normal and stable constitution.
