鼻复康液治疗慢性鼻窦炎118例

目的:观察鼻复康液治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:将118例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各59例,对照组给予辛夷鼻炎丸治疗,观察组给予鼻复康液治疗,2组均连续治疗3个月,电话随访6个月。观察2组临床疗效、体征改善情况、血浆C反应蛋白(CRP)变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为94.91%,对照组为81.36%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。血浆CRP观察组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗第6个月时与治疗第1个月时比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:鼻复康液治疗慢性鼻窦炎临床疗效显著,有助于降低CRP水平。

BiFuKang Liquid in the Treatment of Chronic Nasosinusitis: 118 Cases

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of BiFuKang liquid in the treatment of chronic nasosinusitis. Methods: All118 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 59 cases in the observation group were treated with XinYi BiYan pills, control group of 59 cases were treated with BiFuKang liquid. After three months' treatment and six months' phone follow-up, the clinical effects, signs improvement and change condition of serum CRP were observed in both groups. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.91%, while that in the control group was 81.36%, there was statistical difference(P<0.05). There was statistical difference on serum CRP in the observation group before after treating(P<0.05); Compared after one month of treatment with six months of treatment, there was statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:BiFuKang liquid is effective clinically in treating chronic nasosinusitis, and it is conducive to lowering CRP.
