关于水蛭药材重金属元素富集原因的研究

目的:探究铬(Cr)、砷(As)、铝(Pb)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)5种重金属元素在水蛭体内富集的趋势和影响因素。方法:通过对水蛭进行为期60天的不同生长环境下的模拟养殖,采用电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)技术对水蛭药材重金属元素进行检测研究。结果与结论:水蛭药材重金属元素残留随着养殖时间的增加而富集,这可能与养殖过程中的进食行为和生长环境有关;以泥土为基质饲养水蛭可能会促进水蛭体内重金属元素的代谢。

Study on the Reason of Enrichment of Heavy Metal Elements of Medicinal Leech

Objective: To explore the enrichment trends and influence factors of the five heavy metal elements Cr, As, Pb, Cd, Hg in the body of medicinal leech. Methods: The heavy metal elements of medicinal leech were detected and studied through the simulated breeding of medicinal leech for sixty days in different growing environment and ion mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) techniques such as jigger coupling. Results and Conclusion: The residual of heavy metal elements of medicinal leech enriched with the increase of culture time. It would be related to the feeding behavior and growing environment during the breeding; feeding leeches with soil as the matrix would promote the metabolism of the heavy metal elements in the body of the medicinal leech.
