某中医院85例医务人员血源性疾病职业暴露监测分析

目的:了解某中医院医务人员职业暴露的原因及职业防护措施,以提高防范感染血源性疾病的意识。方法:回顾性分析某中医院2012—2014年85例医护人员职业暴露的监测资料,分析暴露源类型及处理措施等情况。结果:职业暴露者中以实习护士和低年资护士最多,占62.4%;暴露源主要是乙肝,占45.3%;锐器伤中空芯锐器刺伤居多,占61.2%;职业暴露后,仅有56.5%的人采取了正确的应急处理措施。结论:预防医务人员职业暴露要采取综合性的管理措施,提高医务人员的防控意识是预防的关键。

Occupational Exposure of 85 Cases Medical Personnel's Blood-Transmitted Disease in One Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

Objective:To study the occupational exposure causes of the medical personnel's blood-transmitted diseases in one traditional Chinese medicine hospital and occupational protection countermeasures for improving the awareness of prevention blood-borne infections.Methods:Occupational exposure data of 85 medical staff in one traditional Chinese medicine hospital from 2012 to 2014 were analyzed retrospectively,and exposed origin types and the countermeasures were analyzed.Results:Occupational exposed workers mostly were practice nurses and junior nurses,who held 62.4％.The main exposed origin was hepatitis B (45.3％).And hollow sharp injuries were the mostly happened among the sharp instrument injury (61.2％).Only 56.6％ medical stafftook the correct emergency treatment measures after the occupational exposure.Conclusion:We should take comprehensive management measures to prevent the occupational exposure of medical staff,and improving medical staffs prevention and control awareness is the key point for prevention.
