华法林抗凝治疗的护理体会

目的:探讨华法林抗凝治疗的临床应用及护理方法。方法:从临床病例中随机抽出21例服用华法林抗凝治疗的患者,服药前进行评估及指导,服药期间随时监测凝血酶原时间及国际标准化比值。服药后随时观察抗凝效果及不良反应,出院后跟踪随访。结果:21例患者病情得到有效控制,病情稳定。其中并发球结膜及牙龈出血1例,通过及时调整剂量及进行用药指导,未引起严重的后果。结论:在护理干预和指导下华法林的应用是安全可靠的。

Nursing Experience of Anticoagulant Therapy with Warfarin

Objective: To investigate the clinical application and nursing methods of anticoagulation therapy with warfarin. Methods: 21 patients who were treated by anticoagulation therapy with warfarin were randomly se-lected from the clinical cases. Before taking medicine, they were assessed and guided. The prothrombin time and its international standardization ratio were monitored at any time during the dosing period. The anticoagulant effect and adverse reaction were observed at any time after taking the drug, and they were followed up after discharge. Results:Condition of the 21 patients' was effectively controlled and they were in a stable condition. Among them, one case was served with the ball conjunctivitis and gum bleeding. There are not any serious consequences through timely ad-justment of dosage and medication guidance. Conclusion: It is safe and reliable for the application of warfarin in the nursing intervention and guidance.
