兰州地区健康人群血清糖类抗原199参考值范围的建立

目的:建立电化学发光法测定血清糖类抗原199(CA199)在兰州地区健康人群的正常参考值范围。方法:通过Roche E601电化学发光分析仪进行血清糖类抗原199检测,采用SPSS 17.0建立本实验室95%可信区间。结果:600例中CA199最小值0.6IU/m,最大值36.05IU/m,平均(10.1±6.9)IU/m,总体健康人群的95%参考区间为0~23.62 IU/mL。健康人群参考区间男、女比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);21~40岁年龄组和其他年龄组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:兰州地区健康人群血清糖类抗原199正常人群参考范围为0~23.62 IU/mL。

Establishment of Reference Range of CA199 of Healthy People in Lanzhou Area

Objective:To establish the normal reference ranges of CA199 of healthy people in Lanzhou area detected by electrochemical luminescence (ECL).Methods:CA199 was detected by Roche E601 ECL instrument in Lanzhou area,95％ confidence intervals (CI) in this experiment were established by using SPSS 17.0.Result:Minimum value of CA199 in 600 cases less than 0.6 IU/m,maximum value greater than 36.05 IU/m,average value was (10.1 ±6.9)IU/m,the 95％ reference ranges of total healthy people were from 0 to 23.62 IU/mL.Male compared with female in reference ranges of healthy people,there were no statistical differences (P＞0.05);the age from 21 to 40 compared with other group of other ages,there were statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Reference ranges of normal people in CA199 of healthy people in lanzhou area are from 0 to 23.62 IU/mL.
