| 摘 要： | 目的:观察对综合ICU中老年重症患者实施超早期中医护理的效果。方法:以2014年1~12月综合ICU收治的224例中老年重症患者为观察对象,实施超早期中医护理。观察患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁、疼痛评分。结果:患者护理后焦虑、抑郁、疼痛评分护理干预后明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:对综合ICU中老年重症患者实施超早期中医护理能有效减轻患者痛苦,并可改善焦虑和抑郁状态。

Effect Evaluation of Ultra Early Implementation of TCM Nursing for Middle Aged and Elderly Patients in General ICU |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the ultra early implementation effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing for middle aged and elderly patients in general ICU. Methods: All 224 middle aged and elderly critically ill patients who were collected from January to December in 2014 were selected as the objects and given ultra-early TCM nursing. Results: After the intervention of the TCM nursing, the anxiety, depression and pain score were decreased obviously. The differences was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of TCM nursing for middle aged and elderly patients in general ICU can effectively relieve the pain of patients and improve the anxiety and depressio. |
