树莓根保肝作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:利用动物实验方法研究树莓根对肝脏的保护作用。方法:将小鼠随机分成模型组,空白对照组,联苯双酯组,树莓根水提物高、中、低剂量组,每组各10只。树莓根水提物高、中、低剂量组给药量分别为4.56、2.28、1.14 g/kg,联苯双酯组给药量为0.15 g/kg,给药体积均为20 m L/kg,每天早上7点灌胃给药1次,连续14天,模型组与空白对照组分别给予等体积生理盐水。实验第13天上午11点采用Cc L4制备小鼠急性肝损伤模型,实验第14天上午11点,测定血丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST),测定一氧化氮(NO)的含量、肝丙二醛(MDA)的含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性。结果:树莓根水提取物各剂量组模型小鼠血清中ALT、AST及肝匀浆中MDA的含量均降低,肝匀浆中SOD的含量均升高,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。树莓根水提取物高、中剂量组模型小鼠血清中NO的含量,与树莓根水提取物低剂量组、模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:树莓根对急性肝损伤小鼠的肝脏具有一定的保护作用。

Experimental Research on Protecting Liver of Raspberry Root
Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of raspberry root on protecting liver in animals experiment. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into six groups, including the model group, blank control group, biphenyl dimethyl dicarboxylate(ddb) group, and high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups of raspberry root water extract, ten mice each group. The dose of each raspberry root water extract group was 4.56 g/kg, 2.28 g/kg, and 1.14 g/kg respectively, but that of ddb group was 0.15 g/kg, and the volume of administration was 20ml/kg in all groups, which were given one time a day at 7 a.m for 14 days. And each of the model group and blank control group were given with saline of the same volume. At 11 o' clock a.m in the 13th day of the experiment, CCL4 was used to prepare the model of mice with acute liver injury. What's mor,at the same time in the 14th day, the content of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) , aspartate aminotransferase (AST), nitric oxide (NO) and hepatic malondialdehyde (MDA) in the mice as well as the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the liver homogenate were determined. Results: The serum ALT, AST and MDA contents of model mice in each of the water extract group decreased, but the SOD content increased. Compared with model group, there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Furthermore, contrasted with low-dose group of raspberry root water extract and model group, the NO content of model mice in both the high-dose and medium-dose groups reduced, there was statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Raspberry root can definitely protect mice with acute liver injury.
