上海市某社区65岁以上老年人中医体质调查分析

目的:通过对上海市唐镇社区65岁及以上老年人群进行中医体质辨识,分析老年人的中医体质特征及与体检指标的相关性,从而为中医养生保健和社区慢性病防治提供理论依据。方法:采用随机数字抽样的方式,以国家中医药健康管理局规范发布的《老年版中医体质分类与判定》为标准,进行问卷调查开展中医体质辨识。结果:平和质占25.55%,倾向偏颇体质占8.24%,单一偏颇体质占29.67%,兼夹偏颇体质36.54%。随年龄增长偏颇体质有增加趋势。适量饮酒人群偏颇体质的发生率有所下降。痰湿质在单一偏颇体质中占比最高,且其与肥胖、红细胞、低密度脂蛋白、血糖均存在相关性。结论:社区老年人中兼夹偏颇体质居多,痰湿质与多种化验指标相关,我们需针对社区老年人的体质特征,开展中西医结合措施来预防疾病。

Survey of the TCM Constitution of Senior Citizens Aged Over 65 Years in a Community in Shanghai

Objective: To analyze the TCM constitutional characteristics of senior citizens and the correlation with physical examination indexes by identifying the TCM constitution of senior citizens aged over 65 years in Tangzhen community in Shanghai, so as to provide theoretical foundation of TCM health preservation and chronic diseases prevention in the community. Methods: Constitution in TCM questionnaire For Old Person published by national TCM health management standard was used to identify the TCM constitution by random number sampling. Results: Moderate constitutions accounts for 25.55%, tendencious biased constitutions makes up for 8.24%, biased constitutions are 29.67% and complex biased constitutions are 36.54%. There is an increasing tendency of biased constitution with age growth. The incidence rate of biased constitution of appropriate drinking population slightly decreases. The proportion of the phlegm-dampness constitution in biased constitution is the largest, and it correlates with obesity, red blood cell, low density lipoprotein and blood glucose. Conclusion: Complex biased constitution of the seniors in the community are predominant, the phlegm-dampness constitution is related to various laboratory indexes, we need to aim at constitutional characteristics of the seniors in the community to prevent diseases with measures combined with TCM and western medicine.
