山东仁瓜蒌的HPLC指纹图谱研究

目的:建立山东仁瓜蒌的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法:采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,粒度5μm),以甲醇-水(95∶5)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1 m L/min,柱温25℃,检测波长230 nm,进样量20μL。结果:建立了山东仁瓜蒌的HPLC指纹图谱,方法学考察结果良好,确立了9个共有峰,其中1个共有峰得到确认,10批仁瓜蒌药材的HPLC指纹图谱的相似度均0.95。结论:该方法重复性、稳定性良好,建立的指纹图谱可为山东仁瓜蒌药材的质量评价提供依据。

Study in HPLC Fingerprint of RenGuaLou from Shandong Province

Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint of RenGuaLou(trichosanthis) from Shandong Province. Methods: The HPLC method was used on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm)chromatographic column with methanol-water (95:5) as mobile phase in gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 230 nm with the flow rate of 1 mL/min,and the column temperature was 25℃, the sample injection was 20μL. Results: The HPLC fingerprint of RenGuaLou from Shandong Province was established.The methodological investigation result was good.Nine common peaks were existed in the fingerprint and one common peaks were confirmed.The similarities of ten batches of herb trichosanthis were greater than 0.95. Conclusion: The method holds a good stability and a well repeatability, and the established fingerprint can provide a basis for quality evaluation for herb RenGuaLou from Shandong Province.
