中药结合高压氧提高种植体骨结合的临床研究

目的:探讨种植修复同时口服桃红四物汤配合高压氧治疗对牙列缺损患者口腔骨内种植体骨结合的促进作用。方法:将牙列缺损患者83例(共行口腔骨内种植体102枚)随机分为3组,每组34枚种植体。对照组1采用口腔骨内种植治疗牙列缺损;对照组2采用口腔骨内种植治疗牙列缺损,并于种植后行高压氧治疗,1次/d,1周为1个疗程;治疗组采用口腔骨内种植治疗牙列缺损,同时口服桃红四物汤配合高压氧治疗,1次/d,1周为1个疗程,4个疗程后记录3组患者治疗前及治疗后1、2、3月口腔菌斑指数、种植体松动指数、骨接触率及X线改变情况。结果:3组患者治疗后牙列缺损均得以纠正,治疗组患者较对照组1、2治疗后各时间点牙齿松动度指数降低,骨接触率较高,口腔骨内种植体更稳固,其差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:采用种植修复治疗牙列缺损,同时口服桃红四物汤配合高压氧的综合治疗可促进口腔骨内种植体骨结合,疗效优于单纯种植修复及配合高压氧治疗。

Clinical Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen in improving Osseointegration Implant

Objective:To explore the funttions of implant restoration and oral administration of TaoHongSiWu decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treating osseointegration implant in oral cavity bone of patients with dentition defect.Methods:83 patients with dentition defect (102 oral cavity bone implants) were randomly divided into three groups,each group 34 implants.The control group 1 was given oral cavity bone implants to treat dentition defect;the control groups was given oral cavity bone implants and hyperbaric oxygen after implant,once one day,one week one course;the treatment group was given oral cavity bone implants and oral administration of TaoHong SiWu decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen to treat dentition defect,once one day,one week one course of the treatment,oral plaque scores,implants loosening index,bone contact rate and X ray changes in the first,second and third month before and after treatment were recorded after four courses of the treatment in three groups.Results:Dentition defect in three groups were corrected after treatment,when the patients in the treatment group were compared with the control group 1 and 2,tooth loosening index decreased,bone contact rate increased,implants in oral cavity more stable after treatment at various time,there were statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Implant restoration and oral administration of TaoHongSiWu decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen can promote osseointegration implant in oral cavity bone,the effects are better than single implant restoration and hyperbaric oxygen.
