GH-IGF-1轴与儿童生长发育

摘    要:生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子1(GH-IGF-1)轴是儿童生长发育的主要调控因素。GH、IGF-1有广泛的生理作用,可促进细胞增殖,直接或间接调节骨骼生长,调节机体生长发育和物质代谢。GH的促生长作用是由IGF-1介导的。GH-IGF-1轴功能受损,会导致生长发育落后。小于胎龄儿的生长落后可能与GH-IGF-1轴持续受损有关。慢性疾病导致生长发育落后与GH-IGF-1轴功能紊乱有关。

Abstract:Growth hormone--Insulin-like growth factor- 1 ( GH-IGF- 1) axis is one of major regulation factors in children's growth and development. GH and IGF-1 have extensive physiological functions, which can promote cell proliferation and adjust organism development arid affect substance metabolism. Further- more they can directly or indirectly regulate skeleton growth. Growth-Promoting actions of GH were mediated by IGF-1. GH-IGF-1 axis damages will result in growth and developmental delay. Growth retardation of SGA probably may be related to continued damage GH-IGF-1 axis. Growth retardation due to chronic diseases were regarded to be associated with functional disorder of GH-IGF-1 axis.
