婴幼儿脑积水的B超与CT相关研究

目的　获得婴幼儿脑积水的Ｂ超与ＣＴ 测量相关性测量值，统一两种检查手段对婴幼儿脑积水的诊断标准。方法　对１５２ 例婴儿脑积水进行了Ｂ超与ＣＴ的对照观察，对其中１１４ 例脑室可分辨者进行了对照测量及相关分析。结果　传统的测量方法，ＣＴ对轻度脑积水全部漏诊，对中度脑积水８７ ％ 漏诊，而对重度脑积水的诊断Ｂ超与ＣＴ 均达１００ ％ 。通过对照测量和相关分析，轻、中度脑积水的Ｂ超与ＣＴ各测量值除侧脑室体部宽度差别有显著意义（Ｐ＜ ０－０１）外；其他各测量值差别均无显著意义（ Ｐ＞ ０－０５） ；但是，轻中度脑积水各测量值均与重度脑积水差别有显著意义（ Ｐ＜ ０－０１） 。结论　对轻度脑积水的诊断Ｂ超优于ＣＴ，本文获得的婴幼儿脑积水相关性测量值，对统一两种检查手段对婴幼儿脑积水的诊断标准有重要意义。

A Correlative Study about Infant Hydrocephalus Diagnosed through CT and Ultrasound and CT

Objective To gain the correlative measurement values of infant hydrocephalus through ultrasound and CT is to unify the diagnosis criterion of two examination methods.Methods Contrasting the observations to the 152 cases hydrocephalus through Ultrasound and CT. Correlative measurement and analysis were made to the 114 cases whose ventricular systems were recoqnized. Results According to the traditional measurement methods,CT ignored all the mild ventriculomegdies and 87 percent of the moderate. However,it reached 100 percent to the diagnosis of the heavy through Ultrasound and CT. Through correlative measurement and analysis,there was almost no differences among the measurement values that were obtained though Ultrasound and CT except for the width of side ventricular body. But the differences between the measurement values of the mild, moderate and the heavy were obvious. Conclusion Compared with CT,Ultrasound is better to diagnose the mild or moderate. The correlative measurement value of infant hydrocephalus gained from this essay is very crucial to unify the diagnosis criterion of the two examination methods.
