摘    要:目的 探讨肝癌血供超声观测指标与其增殖活性的关系。方法 建立兔肝VX2 瘤模型,利用CO2US、X- DSA、Doppler US及ECT显示肿瘤血管,并与肿瘤的组织病理、DNA 含量分析、PCNA 表达相比较。结果 经肝动脉、CO2 造影后瘤区回声增强组肿块DSA、Doppler US、ECT血流量信号显示率较高,癌灶血窦较丰富,平均DNA含量、PCNALI高于回声不增强组。结论 兔肝VX2 瘤以动脉供血为主,与种植途径无关,直径< 3 .0cm 的肝恶性肿瘤超声检测可仅见动脉供血。CO2 造影后回声增强肿块内血窦较多,荷瘤区血流信号检出率较高,瘤细胞增殖活跃,说明肿瘤血管形成对肝癌恶性生物学特征可有促进作用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the significance of US in inferring the malignantly biologic characteristics of the hepatic carcinomas by observing the correlation between the US parameters of describing the tumor vascularity and the proliferating activity in the animal liver carcinomas.Methods Lncluded setting up the animal models of the VX2 tumor in the rabbit liver,comparing the CO 2 US image of the tumor with the results of histopathologic section,DNA analysis and heatic artery PCNA LI of the tumors.Results The echo enhanced tumor by hepatic artery CO 2 US with bumper sinusoid not only had a higher detected rate of blood flow signal in the lobes loading the tumor during the examinations of DSA,Doppler US,and ECT,but also had a higher level of the DNA content and more positive expression of PCNA than the echo nonenhanced tumor did.Conclusion As the VX2 tumor in the rabbit liver was nourished mainly by hepatic artery no matter by which way the tumor was implanted,it suggested that the hepatic carcinoma less than 3.0cm in diameter might express with only arterious signal on US.The tumors in the study with echo enhanced by CO 2 US had a higher incidence of blood flow signal in the lobe loading the tumor and a higher level of cellular proliferating activity,which stood by the theory that the formation of tumor vascularity could improve the malignant biological characteristics of the hepatic carcinomas.
