| 摘 要： | 目的探讨二维超声对前列腺肉瘤和前列腺癌的鉴别诊断价值。方法将５例前列腺肉瘤和３０例前列腺癌的超声声像图特点进行回顾性分析对比。结果前列腺肉瘤与前列腺癌相比，前列腺增大明显，肿块较大，中心伴有不规则无回声区。结论二维超声检查有助于前列腺肉瘤和前列腺癌的鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | Purpose To study the value of ultrasonography in
differentiation prostatic sarcoma from prostatic carcinoma.Methods The features of 5 cases
with prostatic sarcoma and 30 cases with prostatic carcinoma in ultrasonography were
analysed and compared.Results It was showed that the prostate enlarged more obviously in
prostatic sarcoma than in prostatic carcinoma,the masses were much larger within the former
than within the latter,and there were often irregular anechoic areae in the central parts of the
prostatic sarcoma.Conclusion Ultrasonography can do help in differential diagnosis of prostatic
sarcoma from prostatic carcinoma. |
