摘    要:目的 探讨三维彩色能量造影(3DCPA) 在原发性肝癌(PHC) 诊断应用中的价值。方法 对18 例PHC进行3DCPA 检查。结果 PHC的3DCPA瘤体血流灌注呈球形网状结构,较易确定瘤体的空间位置关系、血供来源及与周围肝组织的关系。结论 PHC 的3DCPA有助于了解瘤体的血流灌注状态和瘤周的血流归属关系,有助于肿瘤的鉴别诊断,并有助于疗效的评估。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical application value of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) by three dimensional color power angioimaging (3DCPA). Methods 18 cases with PHC were examined by 3DCPA.Results Blood flow perfusion in PHC displayed spherical reticular feature. It was easy to define tumor's location,blood supply origin,and its relationship between the normal vessels in surrounding tissue could be show clearly. Conclusion 3DCPA contributed to the hepatocellular cacinoma blood flow perfusion and blood supply origin,provided the important value for differentiation of hepatic tumors, and it was helpful to assessment of treatment. [
