螺旋CT血管造影及三维重建对血管病变诊断价值

摘    要:目的探讨螺旋CT血管造影对血管病变的诊断价值。方法17例血管病变行螺旋CT血管造影检查及三维重建,三维重建方法采用最大强度投影(MIP),表面成像显示(SSD)和多平面重建(MPR)。结果螺旋CT血管造影及三维重建能较好显示正常血管形态和病变,包括动脉瘤,动静脉畸形,夹层动脉瘤及血管瘤。结论螺旋CT血管造影是诊断血管病变一种有效无创伤性检查方法。对主动脉瘤及夹层动脉瘤,颅内动脉瘤的诊断基本上可替代血管造影或DSA。

Abstract:Purpose To evaluate the diagnostic value of spiral CT angiography (SCTA) for vascular diseases.Methods 17 cases of vascular diseases were examinationed by SCTA.MIP,SSD and MPR reconstruction were used as three dimensional models.Results the three dimensional reconstruction of SCTA could clearly display the vascular anatomy,pathological conditions including aneurysm,dissecting aneurysm,artery vein malformation,angioma.Conclusion SCTA was a noninvasive and effective method in diagnosis of vascular diseases,the technique can be as an alternative to DSA in diagnosis of aortic aneurysm or dissecting aneurysm,intracranial artery aneurysm. [
