| 摘 要： | 目的对患者实施人性化护理的探析。方法对患者进行人文关怀,采取人性化护理模式。结果护理人员的合理调配,是实施人性化护理的基础;加强护理队伍建设,提高护理人员素质,是实施人性化护理的基本前提;为患者营造舒适的人性化护理服务环境;注重细节服务;加强护患沟通;重视健康教育。结论护理工作中对患者实施人性化护理,切实为患者提供生理、心理、社会全方位的护理服务,体现了护理工作的重要性和护士的人生价值。
