| 摘 要： | 目的 寻找简便有效的方法对良恶性胸水进行鉴别诊断。方法 采用放射免疫分析技术对健康对照组３０例、已确诊的恶性胸心组１５例、良性胸水组３３例血清及胸水进行ＣＥＡ、ＣＡ－５０平行对照检测。结果 恶性胸水组血清及胸水ＣＥＡ、ＣＡ－５０水平显著高于良性胸水组。结论 提示对胸水进行ＣＥＡ、ＣＡ－５０检测有利于良恶性胸水鉴别诊断，且ＣＥＡ、ＣＡ－５０联合检测可提高恶性胸水诊断阳性率。

| Abstract: | Objective To search an easy and effective method for the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant hyolrothorax. Methods The radioimmunoassay technique was used. The CA 50 and CEA level of serum and hydrothorax of 15 patients with malignant hydrothorax, 33 patients with benign hydrothorax, and 30 healthy persons as the control were determined by RIA. Results The CA 50 and CEA level of serum and hydrothorax in malignant hydrothorax were significant higher than those in benign hydrothorax( P <0 01) Conclusion It suggested that the hydrothorax CA 50 and CEA determination was effective for the differential diagnosis between benign and malignant hydrothoraxes. The positive diagnostic rate of malignant hydrothorax was increased when the combined determination of CA 50 and CEA. |
