小青龙汤加减在治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎发作期的临床价值

目的:探讨口服中药煎剂小青龙汤加减在治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎中的临床价值。方法:按照随机、对照的原则将慢性喘息型支气管炎患者54例分为治疗组和对照组,每组各27例。对照组常规予头孢地嗪钠2.0g加入0.9%氯化钠250ml静滴,qd;氨茶碱0.25g、地塞米松10mg加入5%葡萄糖250ml静滴,qd;氨溴索片30mg口服,tid。治疗组在上述常规治疗基础上予中药煎剂小青龙汤加减口服,bid。两组均连续治疗1个疗程(1周)。结果:治疗组总有效率85.2%,对照组总有效率59.3%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:口服中药煎剂小青龙汤加减能协助西药迅速改善慢性喘息型支气管炎临床症状,提高疗效,值得进一步深入研究其作用机理。

Clinical value of treating chronic asthmatic bronchitis with the Xiao Qing Long decoction

Objective:To explore the clinical value of treating chronic asthmatic bronchitis with the Xiao Qing Long decoction.Methods:54 cases of chronic asthmatic bronchitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,27 cases in each group.Control group were treated with cephalosporin sodium for 2.0g by adding 0.9% sodium chloride 250ml intravenous infusion,qd;of aminophylline 0.25 g,dexamethasone 10mg join the 5% glucose infusion 250ml qd;ambroxol tablets 30mg oral,tid.Treatment group on the based of conventional treatment were given TCM decoction decoction oral,bid for.The two groups are continuous treatment of a course of treatment(one week).Results:The total effective rate was 85.2% in the control group,the total effective rate of treatment group was 59.3%,the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher.Conclusion:The oral administration of TCM decoction Xiao Qing Long decoction can help western medicine to rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of chronic asthmatic bronchitis,and is worth of further study.
