北京市朝阳区公众急性中毒自救互救知识调查

目的了解公众对急性中毒相关知识的掌握情况和需求情况,为今后有针对性地开展急性中毒现场救治知识的普及宣传和培训提供依据。方法通过问卷调查方式,于2010年对北京市朝阳区某社区公众急性中毒自救互救知识的掌握和需求情况进行调查。并对调查问卷进行统计分析。结果经常看到或听到有关急性中毒自救互救知识宣传的公众仅占23.48%,公众急性中毒自救互救知识的平均分为(6.27±1.33)分(满分10分),工人、农民、学生和老年人群的知识得分较低,同时,公众选择获取急性中毒自救互救知识的途径中,前3位的依次是电视(83.52%)、报纸(61.17%)和广播(60.61%)。结论急性中毒自救互救相关知识的宣传普及还远远不能满足公众的需求,公众对现场自救互救的能力有待提高。因此,需要全社会给予广泛的关注和支持,不断加强宣传、普及的力度,增加宣传教育的频率。同时,应根据不同人群特点进行培训,特别要加强对薄弱群体的培训。

Survey of public knowledge about self and mutual rescue of acute poisoning in Chaoyang District of Beijing City

Objective]To understand the knowledge and demands of public about acute poisoning,and provide reference for targeted outreach and training of on-site treatment of acute poisoning in the future.Methods]A questionnaire about the public knowledge and demands of acute poisoning was used to investigate a community in Chaoyang District of Beijing City.The results were analyzed statistically.Results]]There were only 23.48% of the public often obtained knowledge of acute poisoning.The average score of the knowledge about acute poisoning was 6.27±1.33 points(the full score was 10 points).In short,the scope was relatively low in the workers,farmers,students and the elderly.And the top 3 means which people tended to access to relevant knowledge were television(83.52%),newspapers(61.17%) and broadcast(60.61%).Conclusion]From the result of survey,it can be found that the outreach of self and mutual rescue of acute poisoning is still far away from the public demands.Therefore,it should attract attention and support from whole society,enhancing the education and propaganda,increasing education frequency.Meanwhile,the training should be done according to the public characteristics,especially for weakness groups.
