| 摘 要： | 目的 分析早产儿呼吸暂停的相关护理因素,探讨其预防措施.方法 将60例早产儿按入院先后随机分成干预组和对照组.干预组给予指定的护理措施,观察其呼吸暂停的发生率.结果 干预组呼吸暂停的发生率明显低于对照组,两组发生率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 早产儿呼吸中枢发育不成熟,易出现与进食、体位、排便相关的呼吸暂停,适时适当采取护理干预,可明显降低早产儿呼吸暂停的发生率.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze apnea in preterm children related to care and factors of its preventive measures.Methods 60 cases of premature children at admission were randomly divided into intervention group and has the control group.Intervention group received specific nursing care to observe the incidence of apnea.Results Apnea intervention group were significantly lower than the control group,the incidence of the two groups differ significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Preterm children immature respiratory center,and prone to eating,body position,defecation-related apnea,to take timely and appropriate care and intervention,can significantly reduce the incidence of apnea in preterm children rate. |
