毫针点刺配合手法治疗颈性头痛的疗效观察

目的:观察对颈性头痛患者应用毫针点刺与手法相配合进行治疗的临床效果。方法:对我科2010年收治的40例颈性头痛患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,18例患者以中医手法进行治疗(对照组),22例患者应用中医手法与毫针点刺相配合进行治疗(观察组),对两组疗效进行对比。结果:观察组中,患者9例治愈(40.9%),11例好转(50.0%),2例未愈(9.0%);对照组中,患者5例治愈(27.8%),8例好转(44.4%),5例未愈(27.8%);两组对比具有明显差异(P0.05)。结论:对颈性头痛患者应用毫针点刺与手法相配合进行治疗,效果明显,应予临床普遍推广。

Efficacy observation of needle prick plus manipulation on treating cervical headache

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of needle prick plus manipulation in treating cervical headache. Methods: Clinical data of 40 cases of cervical headache patients were retrospectively analyzed, 18 cases of patients were given TCM practices treatment (the control group), 22 patients were treated in TCM practices plus needle prick (the observation group), compared the efficacy of the two groups. Results: In the observation group, 9 cases were cured (40.9%), improved in 11 cases (50.0%), two cases were uncured (9.0%); In the control group, 5 cases were cured (27.8%), improved in 8 cases (44.4%), 5 cases unhealed (27.8%); the two groups compared with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: The needle prick plus manipulation was effective in treating cervical headache, worthy of clinical application.
