| 摘 要： | 在和谐医院建设中，发挥伦理因素的作用，既是和谐医院建设的根本所在，也是医学实践的内在要求和现代医院管理一贯的目标和手段，更是对祖国传统伦理思想的弘扬。“仁”是医院经营发展的中心，“义”是医院经营立足的根本，“礼”是医院经营成功的保证，“智”是医院经营腾飞的关键，“信”是医院经营兴旺的重要标志。

| Abstract: | Ethical factors serve as the foundation of harmonious hospital construction,the inherent requirement of clinical practice,the consistent goal and means of modern hospital management,and the promotion of the traditional management thought as well.The Confucian doctrines of benevolence,uprightness,politeness,wisdom and integrity all have greatly affected and supported the moral management of hospital. |
