摘    要:目的:比较不同方法测量LASIK术前后角膜厚度的差异。方法:分别用JEMED/EGH4000型超声角膜测厚仪和Orbscan-Ⅱ眼前节系统于LASIK术前及术后一月测量角膜中心厚度各三次,取其均值比较。结果:LASIK术前两种方法测量结果差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。术后Orbscan-Ⅱ眼前节分析诊断系统测量中心角膜厚度值低于超声角膜测厚仪,两者比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:LASIK术后,角膜弯曲度、球面性的改变及其设计理论,可能影响角膜地形图的测定结果。对于欠矫症例再手术时,应用两种方法测量角膜厚度,互相参想,为再次手术提供保障。

Abstract:Objective:To compare corneal thickenss value before and after LASIK operation with two different measurement.Methods:JEMED/EGH 4000 ultrosonic corneal thickness measurement and Orbscan-Ⅱ anterior system were used to measure the central corneal thickness one month before and after LASIK.Results:There was no significant difference between the two methods before LASIK(P>0.05),but they had significant difference(P<0.05) after LASIK, with Orbscan Ⅱ anterior system show lower values than those of ultrasonic meaurement in central corneal thickness. Conclusion:After LASIK, corneal topography may be affected by corneal sphere,curvature change and the design. A comparative analysis of the two values can offer reference for the undercorrected cases when they were designed to be re-operated.
