| 摘 要： | 目的：总结后尿道狭窄的治疗经验，提高治疗效果。方法：后尿道狭窄426例，经会阴途径手术治疗341例，尿道内切开方法治疗85例。分析井总结了22年的治疗经验。结果：尿道内切开方法治疗85例，随访77例，记例尿流率正常(93．8％)。经会阴部倒Y形切口尿道对端吻合方法治疗341例，随访254例，29例尿流率正常(90．2％)。结论：尿道内切开适用于前列腺部或膀胱颈部尿道狭窄和狭窄段＜1cm的膜部尿道狭窄。尿道对端吻合方法是治疗后尿道狭窄的主要术式，也是修补复杂性后尿道狭窄较为理想的方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic result of posterior urethral stricture. Methods:Four hundred and twenty-six cases of posterior urethral stricture were reviewed.Eighty-five cases received endoscopic urethrotomy. Three hundred and forty-one cases were treated via transperineal approach.Results:93.8% of those underwent endoscopic urethrotomy and 90.2% of those underwent transperineal surgery were successfully cured with one time operation. Conclusions:Transperineal end-to-end anastomotic urethroplasty and endoscopic urethrotomy are two effective and preferable choices for the treatment of posterior urethral stricture. |
