| 摘 要： | 目的：总结内镜下高频电切除大肠息肉治疗术。方法： 用高频电发生器在内镜下用圈套器套住息肉后通电切除， 结果：５０ 例病人共计６７ 颗息肉全部切除， 成功率１００％ 。结论： 内镜下高频电切除消化道息肉是一种简单有效的方法， 对减少结肠癌的发生有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the high frequency electrocautery snaring alimentary canal polyps in the endoscope. Methods: After being hitching, the polyps were snared during setting up high frequency electrocautery in endoscope. Results: 68 polyps in the 50 cases were snared. The success rate was 100%. Conclusions: Snaring alimentary canal polyps by high frequency electrocautery in endoscope is a simple, safe and effective method, and the patients suffering from scheduled abdominal surgery was avoided. |
