| 摘 要： | 目的：研究重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）并发急性肺损伤（ALI）的危险因素。方法：对比56例SAP患者临床资料变化，寻找与ALI的相关因素，比较相关因素的Murray值。结果：年龄、血糖、CT评分及感染均与ALI相关（P〈0．05），年龄、血糖、CT评分的分组Murray值存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：年龄〉55岁、血糖〉11mmol／L、CT分值〉7以及感染是SAP合并ALI的危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the risk factors of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) complicated with acute lung injury(ALI).Methods:To contrast the change of clinical data of 56 patients with SAP,search the correlations factors of ALI and compare the Murray scores of the relative factors.Results:ALI was related to the factors of age,blood glucose,CT score and infection(P<0.05).The Murray scores of the groups of age,blood glucose and CT score had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:Age over 55 years,blood glucose over 11 mmol/L,CT score over 7 and infection are the risk factors of SAP complicated ALI. |
