猫胆总管感觉神经纤维的来源—HRP法研究

摘    要:猫胆总管感觉神经纤维来自双侧T_3~L_3节段脊神经节和双侧迷走神经结状节。脊神经节内的标记细胞以右侧占优势,且双侧均以T_(10)和T_(12)为标记细胞出现的高峰节段。胆总管的感觉神经来源具有“既分散又集中的分布模式”特点。标记细胞在各节内呈弥散性分布,以中等大的椭圆形细胞占多数。

Abstract:The origin of the sensory fibers of the common bileduct in the cat was studied by the method of HRP retrograde labeling. The results showed that the sensory fibers of the common bileduct arose bilaterally from T_3-I_3 of the dorsal root ganglion and nodose ganglion of the vagus nerve with the preponderance of the right side. The number of the labeled cells in T_(10) and T_(12) of the bilateral dorsal root ganglion was more than any other ganglia, which indicated that there was a scattered and concentrated model for the origin of the sensory fibers of the common bileduct. Most of the labeled cells were oval and medium scattered in the ganglion. The sensory fibers of the common bileduct arose mainly from prehepatic and posthepatic nerve plexus. The practical significance of the results in the study is discussed.
