| 摘 要： | 本文通过对文献的研究,总结了通脉活络康颗粒在调节脂质代谢、抗血栓及调节PGI2/TXA2平衡,改善血液流变性,保护血管内皮细胞等方面的作用机理,为其进一步地研究及临床应用提供线索和依据。

| Abstract: | Therapeutic mechanism of Tongmaihuoluokang Granules sush as adjusting lipid metabolism,anti-thrombus,adiusting PGI_2/TXA_2,improving hemorheological,protective effects on vascular endothelial were described in literature and provided the clues and basis for further reseach of antiatherosclerosis and clinical application of Tongmai Huoluokang Granules. |
