| 摘 要： | 医学院校学生参与学校管理能够提高学校的管理效率,同时使学生具有民主管理者与实践者的双重性,促使学生自觉地把学校的要求内化为情感。分析国内外学生参与学校管理的现状,我国与欧美等发达国家相比尚存在差距,应该解决认识问题并对参与管理的学生予以政策激励。

| Abstract: | In medical schools,participation of students in management could improve the efficiency of school administration,which therefore would enable the students to act as both democratic managers and implementers,and prompt the students to transform the requests of the school into inward emotions.While analyzing the current situation of students' participation in school management at home and abroad,we will find that China still lags far behind if compared with the developed countries of Europe and the United States.So we should realize the need of change in ideas and give preferential policy towards those students participating in the management. |
