| 摘 要： | 目的明确钼靶摄影结合超声后在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析了2005年10月至2009年10月经手术病理证实为乳腺癌患者100例临床资料，比较了乳腺钼靶摄片检查及彩色多普勒超声（CDUS）检查的术前诊断与病理诊断符合率。结果100病例中钼靶X线摄片与病理诊断符合率为87％（87／100），彩色多普勒超声检查与病理诊断符合率为94％（94／100），两者结合诊断符合率为100％。结论钼靶摄影和超声两者结合在乳腺癌的早期诊断方面具有很大价值

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the value of the combined diagnosis by ultrasonography and mammog- raphy for breast cancer. Methods The materials of 100 breast cancer cases were analyzed retrospectively. All cases of breast cancer were examined by ultrasonography and mammography before operation. Diagnosis was made in every case and compared with the pathological results. Results In 100 patients with breast cancer,the accuracy of mammography is 87 （87/100）. That of ultrasonography is 94% （94/100）. That of the combined di- agnosis by two methods is 100% （100/100）. Conclusion Uhrasonography combined with mammography can improve the diagnosis of early breast cancer. |
