| 摘 要： | 甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)的具体发病机制不清.目前研究认为该病是一种器官特异性自身免疫性疾病,为细胞免疫和体液免疫在遗传、环境因素下共同作用的结果.淋巴细胞、眶后成纤维细胞、眶后脂肪细胞、细胞因子和自身抗原抗体是TAO发病的重要因素.现对TAO的免疫机制及治疗进展进行综述.

| Abstract: | The pathogenesis of thyroid associated ophthalmopathy(TAO) is still unclear. At present,it is regarded as the specific autoimmunal disorder with the character of the hereditary susceptibility, and it resulted from the interaction between cellular immunity and humoral immunity under the conditions of both genetic and environmental factors. The lymphocyte, retroorbital fibroblast, retroorbital lipocyte, cytokine,autoantigen, and autoantibody, are the important pathogenetic factors of TAO. Here reviews the related progress of immune mechanisms and treatment of TAO. |
