| 摘 要： | 慢性肾功能不全的患者常有贫血、心力衰竭,贫血使心力衰竭加重,又使肾功能恶化,心力衰竭控制不好又使肾功能恶化、贫血加重,这三种状态构成心-肾贫血综合征.积极使用促红细胞生成素,纠正贫血,合理使用洋地黄制剂、降压药,适当使用碳酸氢盐透析、超滤纠正心力衰竭、肾衰竭,为临床处理心-肾贫血综合征提供了思路.

| Abstract: | Chronic renal insufficiency(CRI)is frequewtly characterized by complicated anemia and congestive heart failure(CHF).Anemia might deteriorate CHF and further worsen renal function.Uncontrolled CHF can cause rapid deterioration of renal function and anemia.The three conditions form a vicious circle,in which each condition is capable of causing or being caused by another.This triad of anemia,CRI and CHF is defined as the cardio-renal anemia syndrome.By using Erythropoientin(EPO)to correct anemia,taking resonable cardioglycosides and lowing blood pressure agents,timely by bicarbonate hemodialysis and ultrofiltration to diminish water load were very important to correct CHF and CRI,which offered the clues for clinical management methods of the syndrome. |
