| 摘 要： | 目的:调查原发性高血压的中医证型分布情况,探讨原发性高血压的中医辨证分型规律。方法:采用多中心、大样本的临床流行病学调查方法,选取中国北、中、南3个地区的原发性高血压患者。设计、填写调查问卷,将筛选出的首次发现、未经降压药干预治疗的477例原发性高血压患者录入FileMaker数据库软件,运用聚类分析方法,研究原发性高血压的中医辨证分型规律。结果:通过两阶段聚类法,得出结果为聚7类最佳,分别为心肾气虚、肝阳上亢、阴阳两虚、痰湿壅盛、痰热(痰湿壅盛亚型)、瘀血阻络及其他。以各证型聚类内百分比较高者作为代表症状,各证型的分布情况为肝阳上亢(24.1%)、痰湿壅盛(27.1%)比例较高,心肾气虚(10.1%)、阴阳两虚(8.4%)、瘀血阻络(9.0%)型比例较低。结论:聚类分析结果与现行的高血压4型分类标准比较,除了阴阳两虚、肝阳上亢、痰湿壅盛型相符之外,还涵盖了气虚及血瘀的致病因素。 |
