多普勒血流探测仪在颈内静脉置管中的应用

目的]探讨多普勒血流探测仪在颈内静脉置管中的应用价值.方法]A组59例病人在颈内静脉置管前应用多普勒血流探测仪进行血管定位;B组70例病人应用常规方法行颈内静脉置管.结果]两组病人一次置管成功率、平均置管操作时间、机械性并发症的发生率比较有统计学意义(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论]使用多普勒血流探测仪能显著提高颈内静脉置管成功率,缩短置管操作时间,减少机械性并发症的发生.

Application of Doppler blood flow survey meter on detaining tubes in internal jugular vein for patients

Objective: To probe into application value of Doppler blood flow survey meter on detaining tube in internal jugular vein for patients. Methods: A total of 59 cases as group A were fixed position by Doppler bloodflow survery meter before detaining tube in internal jugular vein. Another 70 cases as group B were detained tube as routinely. Result: In terms of success rate, manipulation time and incidence of mechanical complications, there were statistical differences between the two groups (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusions: Doppler blood flow survey meter position fixing can remarkably enhance the success rate of detaining tube in internal jugular vein for patients, shorten the manipulation time and decrease mechanical complications of catheter.
