B超对腹膜后肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断价值

目的　探讨超声检查对腹膜后肿瘤的诊断价值 ,评价超声检查对腹膜后肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断水平。方法　对 5 5例腹膜后肿瘤患者进行B超检查并有阳性发现 ,与手术或病理活检的结果进行对照分析。结果　良性肿瘤 18例 ( 32 7% ) ,原发性恶性肿瘤 31例 ( 5 6 4 % ) ,转移性恶性肿瘤 4例 ( 7 3% ) ,交界性肿瘤 2例 ( 3 6 % )。其中超声诊断腹膜后肿瘤 4 9例 ,误诊 6例 ,定位诊断正确率 89 1% ,良恶性诊断符合率 6 6 7%。结论　超声检查是一种简便、准确、无创的腹膜后肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断方法

The diagnostic and differential diagnostic value of B-ultrasound in retroperitoneal neoplasm

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of US in retroperitoneal neoplasm,improve the diagnostic and differential diagnostic accuracy of B ultrasound for retroperitoneal neoplasm.Methods 55 cases of retroperitoneal neoplasm were examined by B ultrasound and found positive results.The results were compared with the postoperative or pathologic findings.Results All cases included:benign neoplasm 18 cases(32.7%),primary malignant neoplasm 31 cases(56.4%),metastastic malignant neoplasm 4 cases(7.3%),borderline tumors 2 cases(3.6%).49 cases were corrcctly diagnosised by B ultrasound while 6 cases were misdiagnosised.The accuracy of tumors localization was 89.1% by B ultrasound.The accuracy of differential diagnosis was 66.7% between benignancy and malignance.Conclusion B ultrasound is a simple,accurate and untrauma method in diagnosing and differential diagnosing retroperironeal neoplasm.
