摘    要:低密度脂蛋白是动脉粥样硬化的危险因子,而低密度脂蛋白氧化修饰成氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)则增加了它的致动脉粥样硬化性。ox-LDL能诱导血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)增殖,是致动脉粥样硬化的重要因素。近年来,从细胞信号、内含增殖活性成分、生长因子、及氧化效应等方面深入探讨了其作用机制。众所周知,血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)是强有力的促有丝分裂剂,在VSMC增殖及动脉粥样硬化发展过程中发挥重大作用,现就ox-LDL在致血管平滑肌细胞增殖过程中对PDGF的影响进行综述,揭示ox-LDL致动脉粥样硬化的机制,从而帮助了解临床药物治疗可能的途径。

Abstract:Low-density lipoprotein(LDL)is one of the risk factors in atherosclerosis.This role is enhanced when LDL is oxidized.The oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)can induce vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation,another important factor in atherosclerosis.During the last few years,some people have examined its function mechanism through cell signaling pathways,which actively involved proliferation,growth factor,and the effect of oxidation.Platelet-derived growth factor is also a mitigating factor vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation,and atherosclerosis.So this article attempts to review the effect of ox-LDL on PDGF in atherosclerosis,and reveal its function mechanism,therefore spreading the message about the pathway of the appropriate clinical drug treatment.
