| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨安宫牛黄丸结合锥颅治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法 对71例高血压脑出血患采用锥颅碎吸术清除血肿，术后予安宫牛黄丸治疗。结果 71例中基本痊愈12例，显效22例，好转17例，无效20例。结论 安宫牛黄丸结合锥颅手术简便、安全，在基层医院有一定的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective The study was to discuss the curative efficacy of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage using angongniuhuang pill and trephination. Methods 71 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated with trephination and given angongniuhuang pill postoperatively. Results 12 patients of all were cured, 22 patients improved remarkably, 17 patients took a turn for the better, 20 patients showed no good effect. Conclusions Angongniuhuang pill with trephination were convenient , safe and perspective in application at grass -rooted hospitals. |
