湛江市900名学龄前儿童心理行为问题调查研究

目的探讨湛江市900名学龄前儿童心理行为问题状况。方法分层随机抽取湛江市900名3～6岁学龄前儿童并采用Conners父母症状问卷（PSQ）对其心理行为问题进行调查研究。结果本组儿童心理行为问题总检出率为15.78%;其中男童8.00%,女童7.78%,两者比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。男童在品行问题、冲动-多动及多动指数方面得分方面高于女童组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。5～6岁组儿童焦虑因子得分明显高于3～5岁组,两者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论我市学龄前儿童心理行为问题严重,应采取积极有效的防治措施进行干预。

Investigation on Psychological Behavior Problems of 900 Preschool Children in Zhanjiang

Objective To investigate the psychological behavior problems of 900 preschool children in Zhanjiang.Methods 900 preschool children in Zhanjiang were collected at random and were studied by PSQ scales.Results The totall detection rate of psychological behavior problems of 900 preschool children in Zhanjiang was 15.78%.And detection rate of psychological behavior problems was 8.00% in boys and 7.78% in girls,and there was no significant difference in them（P0.05）.The factor scores of conduct,impulse-restlessness and restlessness index in boys were higher than those in girls,and there was significant difference in them（P0.05）.The factor scores of anxiety in boys were higher than those in girls,and there was significant difference in them（P0.05）.Conclusion There are severity psychological behavior problems in the preschool children of Zhanjiang,so the prevention and cure measures must be taken to interfere in them.
