胰岛素强化治疗抢救糖尿病合并多脏器功能衰竭

目的 :观察胰岛素强化治疗在糖尿病合并多脏器功能衰竭患者抢救中的作用。方法 :5 9例多脏器功能衰竭患者按病情分成两组 ,A组 30例给予胰岛素强化治疗 ,使血糖控制在 4 .4～ 6 .1mmol/L ,B组 2 9例给予常规胰岛素治疗 ,血糖控制在 10～ 11.7mmol/L ,观察两组患者的感染发生率和死亡率等。结果 :强化治疗组感染发生率 (30 .0 % )和死亡率 (2 6 .7% )明显低于常规治疗组。结论 :用胰岛素强化治疗可明显降低本组患者的感染发生率和死亡率。

INTENSIVE INSULIN THERAPY OF THE PATIENTS WITH DIABETIC MULTIPLE ORGAN FAILURE

Objective:The aim of this study was to ascertain whether intensive insulin therapy is effective in diabetic multiple organ failure.Methods: 59 cases of diabetic multiple organ failure were conducted in two groups. One group (n=30, male16, female 14) received Intensive insulin therapy. The blood glucose levels of intensive insulin therapy group preserve 4.4mmol/L to 6.1 mmol/L. While the control group (n=29, male 17, female 12) received regular insulin therapy. The blood glucose levels of control group were 10 mmol/L to 11.7 mmol/L. The rate of infection and mortality were measured regularly during the study. Results:There was significant decrease in rate of infection (86.2%, 30.0%, P <0.01) and mortality (48.3%, 26.7%, P <0.01) among patients with diabetic multiple organ failure.Conclusion: These results suggest that intensive insulin therapy might decrease rate of infection and mortality.
