洛赛克与西米替丁预防重症脑出血并发应激性溃疡的疗效比较分析

目的:比较分析洛赛克与西米替丁预防重症脑出血并发应激性溃疡的疗效。方法:预防组:给予洛赛克注射剂40mg静脉注射,每日一次,3d后改予洛赛克胶囊20mg口服,每日晨一次顿服;对照组:给予西米替丁400mg静脉滴注,每日早晚各一次,上述两组均以14d为一疗程。结果:经对比分析:预防组42例,14d内并发应激性溃疡2例,发生率4.76%;对照组41例,14d内并发应激性溃疡8例,发生率19.51%。两组资料经卡方检验,P<0.01,具有显著性差异。结论:应用洛赛克预防重症脑出血并发应激性溃疡效果显著,值得临床推广。

Comparision of Effect between Losec and Cimetidine on the Prevention of Stress Ulcer Followed Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Objective: To study the effect of Losec and cimetidine in preventing stress ulcer followed intracerebral hemorrhage.Method: 82 patients were randomly divided into two groups;the prevention group with Losec,the control group with cimetidine.Result: The incident rate of stress ulcer with bleeding was 4.76% in Losec group and 19.51% in control group respectively.The rate of stress ulcer with bleeding in Losec group was significantly lower than that in cimetidine group(p<0.01).Conclusion: Losec can effectively prevent stress ulcer with bleeding in intracerebral hemorrhage.
