| 摘 要： | 在用ELISA法检测HBVm时,已有学者将均值——标准差质控图用于室内质控。但绘制此图须对质控品连续测定20次(每天一次)然后统计绘图,费时且不经济,难以在实际工作中应用。Monica质控图只须在测定标本时把质控品作两个平行测定,将结果点画在坐标图上,并将两点连成直线。直线越短示重复性越好,直线中点越接近靶值准确性越好。因而具有简单、经济、实用等优点,适合各级实验室采用。但采用Monica质控图的关键是确定允许误差(控制限),本文以检测HBsAg为例,从理论上探讨和解决了测定误差的计算方法,从而为采用Monica质控图奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the Monics Quality Control Chart in detection of HBsAg by ELISA method first time, which is used as routine internal quality control (IQC). The error in determination of the model are emphasized, at the same time the basic are established to make the Monica IQC Chart. This IQC chart has the advantage of being more simple, easy and visuality than the mesnstandard deviation IQC chart. This IQC chart can be useful to various Iaboratory. |
