| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨非手术治疗乳头内陷的效果。方法：采用专用乳头内陷吸吮器抽吸法纠正乳头内陷。结果：随访6～12个月，20例中18例经治疗效果满意，乳头外形好，无回缩，2例效果不理想。结论：专用乳头内陷矫正器抽吸法是利用负压原理来治疗乳头内陷的，与手术治疗相比，有许多优点，而较传统的吸乳器治疗也有许多优势。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the non-surgical result for correction of nipple inversion. Methods A special self-made suction apparatus was used to tract the nipples continuously for at least one month. Results 18 nipples in 20 cases of nipple inversion have been treated with this new method. Except for two cases, all others showed natural satisfactory results after 6~12 months following-up. Conclusion Compared with traditional non-surgical methods and surgical operation, this new method has many advantages. |
