摘    要:目的探讨DWI联合高分辨T2WI在直肠癌检出与分期中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析32例临床确诊直肠癌患者的高分辨T2WI及DWI特点,比较单纯DWI、高分辨T2WI诊断直肠癌的敏感度及两者联合对直肠癌分期诊断的准确率。结果 DWI和高分辨T2WI诊断直肠癌的敏感度分别为96.88%(31/32)、78.13%(25/32,P0.001)。单纯高分辨T2WI和高分辨T2WI联合DWI分期诊断的准确率分别为65.63%(21/32)、87.50%(28/32,P=0.009)。结论 DWI显示直肠癌与周围正常组织优于高分辨T2WI;两者联合应用可提高直肠癌术前分期诊断的准确率。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of DWI combined with high resolution T2WI in detecting and staging of rectal cancer. Methods High resolution T2WI and DWI of 32 patients with clinical confirmed rectal cancer were retrospective analyzed, and the imaging characteristics of rectal cancer were observed. The sensitivity of high resolution T2WI and DWI, accuracy of high resolution T2WI and DWI combined with high resolution T2WI were compared. Results The sensitivity of DWI and high resolution T2WI was 96.88% (31/32) and 78.13% (25/32, P<0.001), respectively. The staging accuracy of high resolution T2WI and DWI combined with high resolution T2WI for rectal cancer was 65.63% (21/32) and 87.50% (28/32, P=0.009), respectively. Conclusion DWI can depict rectal cancer and surrounding normal tissue better than high resolution T2WI. Combination of DWI and high resolution T2WI may obviously improve the accuracy of preoperative staging of rectal cancer.
