利凡诺用于晚期妊娠引产的临床分析

目的：研究羊膜腔内注射利凡诺应用于晚期妊娠引产。方法：总结1994年1月-2003年12月收治的125例晚期妊娠使用利凡诺引产的病例，分析其并发症发生的情况，并与同期的中期妊娠引产病例作比较。结果：125例晚期妊娠引产并发症发生率为59.2％，胎盘胎膜残留为37.1％，产后出血占11.3％，软产道裂伤占12.8％，休克1.6％。结论：羊膜腔内注射利凡诺引产与晚期妊娠同样是高效、安全的方法。

Clinical analysis of rivanol for induced labor in late pregnancy

Objective:To analyse the condition of intra-amniotic injection of rivanol for induced labor in late pregnancy.Methods:The complications in125cases of induced labor in late pregnancy used with rivanol fromJanuary1994to December2003were analysed,and compared with those in the induced labor of midpregnancy simultaneously.Results:The total occurrence rate of complication in125cases of induced labor of late pregnancy was59.2%,the residual rate of fetal membrane and placenta was37.1%,postpartum hemorrhage accounted for11.3%,soft birth canal laceration accounted for12.8%,the occurrence rate of shock was1.6%.Conclusion:Intra-amniotic injection of rivanol is a well effection and safe method for induced labor in late pregnancy.
